Well, Sort of. I can say without a doubt that while numerically it seems right, in Anima, those hundred point boosts can mean a lot more, especially to one of the dedicated classes. They can by level five do some fairly world shaking acts, and can easily become forces to be reckoned with by all but the PitS, who are basically made of GM Fiat anyway, I mean they basically only exist to be a finger wag to the players for attempting to destroy the world.
